Ice Skating....duh

So ice skating is definetly easier. It's harder to slip and if you are really bad at it you can just march. Can I mention that my eight year old brother can ice skate, but he can't rollerblade. Also with iceskating you are wearing a lot of clothes because it is cold, so if you do fall it won't hurt as much. Also ice skates are way more easier to put on than rollerblading skates. Also there are learn to skate lessons that you can take if you want extra help.
So yeah ice skating is way easier

Today, Marizo and I will be posting the following debate: which one is easier -- rollerblading or ice skating?

I think that rollerblading is easier!

The following are the reasons why I think rollerblading is easier than ice skating:

• the wheels on the blades of roller blades are made of plastic, which makes it harder to fall when rollerblading than ice skating
• There is more friction between the wheels/blades of the roller blades and the floor than there is with the metal rods of ice skates and the ice (this makes it easier to fall and slip when ice skating than rollerblading/skating)
• Rollerblading, in my opinion, is easier (based on experience) -- when I roller-bladed, it was easy for me to skate fast, and I didn't fall that much. On the other hand, when I ice skated, it was much harder (I slipped a lot), and I wasn't able to skate that fast
• In addition, I feel that it is easier to learn and adapt to rollerblading than ice skating
• Roller blades have built-in brakes, while ice skates do not (it is easier to stop with roller blades than with ice skates)

I say Mor is better!

Mor is better for the following reasons:

• Mor had fought in the War
• Mor is extremely strong
• She always tells the truth
• She is much prettier than Manon!
• Mor is Rhysand's Second In Command
• Mor is an amazing friend and person
• She is really nice, caring, and loving
• If you were in danger, she would do anything to help save you

Today, I will be debating against Marizo for the following debate: who is better -- Magnus or Rhysand?

Rhysand is better!

Rhysand is better for the following reasons:

• He is extremely strong (one of the strongest warriors)
• He is extremely muscular and fit
• He has wings
• He has blue-black hair and purple eyes
• He is extremely handsome and good-looking
• He can fly, has the power of darkness, rules the biggest territory throughout Prythian (the continent he lives on), he is High Lord of the Night Court, he can winnow (travel from one place to another by vanishing), he is a daematai (a person that can read and enter into the minds of others [I don't think I spelled it right]), and he can easily crush someones mind and bones without even lifting a finger (he is s good person -- he will only do this to bad people)
• Rhysand is extremely caring, sweet, and kind
• He is very protective of you
• He gives you the choice to do things 
• He ruined most of his life so he could protect his family and keep them safe and well-hidden from evil forces
• He will do anything for you 
• If you are in danger, he will come and save you

Magnus is amaze!

SO, this week Alexa and I, Marizo, are debating who is better: Rhysand (A Court of Thorns and Roses) or Magnus (The Mortal Instruments, The Infernal Devices, The Dark Artifices, Welcome To Shadowhunter Academy, The Bane Chronicles)? And I say MAGNUS ALL THE WAY!!!

So, here are all of the reaons of why Magnus Bane is the best:

• Magnus appears in countless series, while Rhysand is currently only in one
• Magnus has cat eyes, and not elf ears (Rhysand has elf ears)
• He has a cat called Chairman Meow, and had a cat (that unfortunatly passed away) that was called Great Castby.

• He has awesome magic

Aelin is better!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry for not posting on Friday but, my mom brother had just got home on Thursday (they were visiting a sick uncle) and they hadn't been home for Christmas so we were spending time together on Friday so I again apologize for not posting on Friday.
So let's get down to business.
Aelin is better than Feyre and here is why.

• Aelin was still able to kick but as an assassin when she didn't have her powers. She killed a lot of people without needing any powers and was employed as an assassin by her mortal enemy, the King of Adarlan, and I should mention that she had to beat a whole bunch of other assassins and a couple monsters without using any special powers. 
• People feared her name all over Adarlan, well they feared her fake name Celaena Sardothien, as Aelin was the most feared assassin in all of Adarlan having killed well, let's just say a lot of people. 
• When Aelin actually uses her powers (she can control fire and she is demi-fae) she is even more impressive. She defeats the Valg princess with her fire, and she frees her mate, Rowan (who is also extremely awesome), from Meave, and that is no easy task as Meave is an all-powerful immortal fae being.  
• Aelin is also the Queen of Terrasen 
• She has an awesome mate, which she marries, and his name is Rowan. Rowan is awesome, he is an immortal being too, like Meave, a fae.

Today, I will be debating against Marizo for the following: who is better -- Feyre or Aelin?

I say that Feyre is better for the following reasons:

• Feyre has all the powers of all the High Lords of Prythian -- water, fire, ice, night/darkness, shape-shifting, and winnowing (when you can travel from place to place by vanishing)
• She is the High Lady of the Night Court
• She is extremely strong, beautiful, and smart
• She and her family saved all of Prythian
• She has Ilyrian wings -- like the ones Rhysand (her mate), Cassian (Rhysand's brother, the strongest Ilyrian warrior), and Azriel (Rhysand's other brother, the shadowsinger) have
• She is very kind, caring, and sweet
• She would do anything to make her family and friends happy
• She would die fighting to protect her family
• She went to Under the Mountain to fight against Amarantha to save all of the Fae in Prythian
• Feyre has the best family EVER: Cassian, Azriel, Rhysand, Amren, Mor, Elain, and Nesta
• All of Feyre's family is Fae
• All of the members of Feyre's family are extremely strong, kind, funny, protective of one another, and caring

Chairman Meow for life

Sorry I didn't post on Friday. As soon as I got home from school on Friday my family and I had to go to drop off my mom and my brother because they are traveling to go see my sick great-uncle. I say that Abraxos is better because of the following reasons:

• He is a white dragon with iron teeth and claws
• He is extremely smart -- he is the smartest of all the dragons
• He can understand how you feel
• He is playful
• He likes to sniff flowers
• He is extremely strong -- he is a dragon warrior
• He is smaller than other dragons, which is a good thing
• He has the best owner: Manon. She is a beautiful witch that has long, white hair and gold eyes, iron teeth and nails, and is extremely strong and courageous 
• Abraxos can communicate with Manon is his own type of way
• Abraxos understands what Manon tells him, and understands her body language as well
• He can tell if you are a good person or not. If you are a good person, then he will play around with you and respect you. 
• He is protective of Manon and knows when he has to protect her
• When Manon was all alone in the woods with Abraxos, he had her sleep under his wing when nighttime came

Rowan is better for the following reasons:

SO  Rhysand is better and here is why...........
Rhysand is always there for Feyre.
He was even willing to allow her to marry someone else if it meant that she would be happy even though they were mates. Did Rowan do that?
He allowed himself to be used by Amarantha, as a whore, if that meant that his friends and his city, Velaris, would remain safe.
He understood that Feyre was suffering while Tamlin did not.
He has wings.He was nice to Feyre even if Feyre wasn't nice to him.

He is good looking. He would do anything for his friends. 

He made his mate (Feyre) a High Lady, something extremely unusual for a High Lord to do (Rhysand is a High Lord).

His court is called Court of Dreams for dreamers like him.

I am debating against Marizo for who is better: Danon or Rowaelin?

I choose Rowaelin!!


Rowaelin is better for the following reasons:

Rowan is ...                                                               

• Good looking 
• Immortal                                                       
• Sweet, kind, and caring
• He would risk his life for you
•  He is fae, and can shape-shift into a hawk                     
• He is a very talented warrior and a prince
• He is extremely smart
• He will never betray you nor leave your side
• He will comfort you if you are down
• He will help you if you are in need
• Has the power of wind and ice                                                                              

Aelin is ...

• AMAZING!
• She is an assassin and Queen
• She is extremely sassy (not to her friends, though)
• She is an amazing warrior
• She is immortal
• She will always stay by your side
• She is extremely loyal and a great friend
• She will comfort you if you are down
• She is always strong (she keeps her head held high, and never gives up, no matter what)
• She thinks about herself last (always saves and worries about others before she even thinks about saving and worrying about herself)
• She has the power of fire (she can create fire shields, can burn someone alive from the outside, or from the inside-out)

Rowan and Aelin/ Rowaelin are ...

• AMAZING!
• They are both extremely loyal to each other
• They both think about the other before thinking about themselves
• They both love each other
• They fight extremely well -- they are both very talented warriors!
• They are carranam -- two people who are meant to bond their powers together
• They are mates (married)

Marizo, in her post, had asked if Rowan and Aelin both had bad guardians; they did, indeed!

Sarah J. Maas had not stated anything about Rowan's parents; although, he was blood-sworn to a Fae Queen, Maeve, who was not kind to him at all (she used him, tricked him, and abused/whipped him). On the other hand, Aelin's parents were murdered when she was eight years old, she ended up in the hands of a King of the Assassins, and she eventually lived in the Glass Castle of Adarlan, which was underneath the rule of the King of Adarlan, who was an evil man -- he had a Valg/demon prince living inside of him.

Dorian and Manon (together forever)

So Dorian and Manon together are awesome and SO much better than Rowan and Aelin.

• Dorian's friends could not reach him when he was possessed by a valg, only Manon could talk to him. #sweet
•  Dorian and Manon would have awesome little witchling children, while Aelin and Rowan would have boring fae children
• Dorian and Manon both had bad guardians so they can bond with that; Can Rowelin say the same?
• Dorian and Manon don't keep secrets from each other. 
• Manon killed her own kind to save Dorian.
